Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and shipper process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product, or USPS First Class for orders originating in the US. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Here at The Cosmos we pride ourselves in doing our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as in depth as possible so that you will not encounter any unexpected surprises when you receive our products! We are proud in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact ClickBank HERE within 24 hours from the time the order was placed, otherwise it will be too late. After 24 hours, it will be accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and / or shipped within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and / or shipped.


How can I get a refund for my product?

Here at The Cosmos , customer satisfaction is our top priority, that is why we make things easy as one, two, three like our refund policy. We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is imperative to report any missing, damaged, or 'item not as described" in a timely manner and we will be more than happy to process a valid refund claim.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing. And then our systems have to talk to your systems before the funds show back up in your account.
